To use this service, you must be aged 16 or over and have the permission of the bill payer of the phone you are using. Calls can only be made from and to UK phones and are charged at £1 per minute from a BT landline. Other networks may be subject to additional charges. Calls from a mobiles may cost more. Duration of calls: average call is around 2 mins to point of wind up and then an additional 1min 30sec to 3 mins dependant on wind up chosen, but call can be terminated earlier by either party hanging up. There are no charges made to the recipient receiving prank calls.
Remember that these services are intended purely as a source of good natured fun; so, please use the service responsibly, avoiding any victims who are likely to be unduly upset or distressed by prank calls and recipients of the calls must be aged 16 or over. Remember also that it is a criminal offence to make any hoax calls to any of the essential services, such as fire, ambulance, police, military or governmental departments, etc.
Upon request from any person or organization, we will disallow any connection originating from our services to a specific telephone number for a minimum period of 12 months from the request.
We reserve the right to disallow connections to recipients who have requested not to receive telephone calls originating from our services.
All phone numbers used during the course of this service remain strictly confidential and will not be passed on to any other commercial or trading companies or organisations.
